The Dirt Bike Hero Program

Helping at risk youth who have fallen through the cracks with the opportunity of a lifetime where they build the track and star in the show.

ACROSS QUEENSLAND

ACROSS QUEENSLAND

A shining light for the youth empowerment industry.

The Dirt Bike Hero Program

Enabled through the success of our 59 shows across skatepark, dirt jump, BMX and Motocross, we are now delivering a next level program that gets big results and fast.

Our pioneering work in the youth engagement industry started out in 1996 in Queensland western towns utilising dirt bikes and Motocross, of which are still our number one choice medium for the best outcome results.

Another new milestone with the Dirt Bike Hero Program launched 2025

“Staged in the Showgrounds of struggling towns the program has the required star power & profile for the local youth to sit up, jump to attention & not want to miss out”

The Dirt Bike Hero Program

In many country towns across Australia, and just as many suburban housing estates, the youth of 2025 are faced with challenges that us adults simply didn’t have to deal with.

Particularly in country towns, there is a noticeable element of severe poverty, neglect, boredom and an overflow of drug availability.

We have witnessed with our own eyes when visiting remote towns in the Surat Basin for example, youth aimlessly wandering the streets with no shoes, nor, no reason to go home.

Just imagine being 12 years of age and facing the hardship of not having clean school clothes because the washing machine is broken and the only items in the fridge are beer.

These forgotten youth of Australia are falling through the cracks and they deserve the Dirt Bike Hero Program, simple as that.

“The Motocross & Dirt Bike industries will become the champion of the Queensland Government’s Getting Back On Track & Community Reset Programs dealing with the youth crime & youth disengagement problems”

The Dirt Bike Hero Program

Youth, desperate to escape their situations, will get the opportunity to engage our next level program where they must first work on the shovels for three days building the dirt jumps to qualify for the dirt bikes.

It will take plenty of grit and blisters, but once they prove to themselves they can do the physical work, these hungry and resilient young Australians will now have the next 7 days full time, to ride the dirt bikes, take on roles of responsibility and star in the Sunday show that they built.

The Dirt Bike Hero Program

The big Sunday show is their chance to be noticed and they know it, with the successfully graduating youth performing their chosen roles of responsibility up on stage in front of fellow peers, town dignitaries and their families and or carers.

The epic 10 day program bringing life to their town, sees the youth learn and experience the following life skill sets:

  • How to use a shovel, rake, wheelbarrow and watering hose

  • How to to build jumps and a dirt bike Motocross track

  • How to drive micro earthmoving machinery

  • How to carry out mechanical maintenance on dirt bikes

  • How to set up event signage and sponsor branding

  • How to plan and run an event

  • How to set up and run sound, lighting and LED screens

  • How to dj

  • How to ride a dirt bike

  • How to perform up on stage

  • How to overcome fear

  • How to shake your hand with warmth and meaning

  • How to look a dignitary in the eye and stand with a straight back

  • How to become an ambassador

“They wholeheartedly champion the brand they believe in wearing the exclusive uniform having become the shining miracle, paving the way for what they will build with their lives”

The Dirt Bike Hero Program

We are driven with an unrelenting passion to fulfil our maximum potential in helping youth and complete towns struggling with these serious problems.

Our work across the skateparks, dirt jumps, BMX and Motocross spaces since 1996 has shown us the way in which these youth respond, eagerly following and upholding the RAD ethos totally ‘all in’ on being more, being that leader, and not only excelling the program but actively moving into the workforce.

With backing from the Honourable Minister For Youth, Sam O’Connor MP, we are ‘bolting the wheels on’ a very special RAD Employment Pathway Program backed by the Dirt Bike and Motocross industries both nationally and internationally.

The Dirt Bike Hero Program

Built into the plan and our Queensland Government funding applications, are a much needed set of solutions for the problem of a lack of volunteers to run local and interstate dirt bike and Motocross race meetings across Australia.

Our graduating youth, each highly motivated, focused and skill set equipped will form into travelling teams that help clubs each weekend that cannot run their events due to a lack of volunteers and or qualified officials.

Dressed in impeccable uniform, our Work Placement Teams consisting of 12 x high performing youth, will carry out the complete running of these events making it a pleasure for club committee members.

The multiple events each weekend requiring our Work Placement Teams will provide the ongoing roles of responsibility to keep them busy, immersed in fast paced environments and surrounded by good, upstanding members of the community, and high profile dirt bike industry leaders.

The Dirt Bike Hero Program
