The Track Build Challenge

KIDS AND YOUTH GOING ALL IN FOR YOUTH ENGAGEMENT

The excitement is at an all time high for kids and youth on BMX bikes everywhere to build the ultimate BMX gravity dream track where they engage on shovels, wheelbarrows, rakes and watering hoses whilst developing new belief patterns and experiencing newfound happiness, motivation, focus, confidence and reason.

The Track Build Challenge

The mission encompasses the successful completion of the ultimate BMX gravity dream track in time for the Sunday 11am ride extravaganza, barbecue and award presentation, but they’ve got a limited time frame of 8 hours Saturday and 3 hours Sunday morning to design the track, shape the jumps, smooth the runways and complete all aspects of the track in readiness for the first test runs Sunday 11am.

Thanks to the amazing City of Gold Coast team and their passion for all things youth engagement, we’ve got epic and beautiful park reserves across the city where we are staging a total of 9 Track Build Challenge weekends catering for kids and youth aged between 6 and 14 years of age.

Beginner and intermediate riders on 16”, 18” or 20” BMX freestyle bikes learn all the skills to ride with style, confidence and safety achieved through specialised techniques and super fun positive environments that provide optimum levels of safety, fun, learning, growth and camaraderie.

We are building two houses for families in crisis with our big ‘House Build Challenge’ providing a safe and secure space for disadvantaged kids and youth to heal, grow and flourish.
